Received the shade. It was exactly as described in the sales info. While putting it up, I screwed up and needed help. Sent a quick note to them, and the response was prompt. They did more than I would ever expect in response to my problem. This product is pretty easy to install, considering the awkward height of installing on a cathedral ceiling. But definitely worth doing, as the shade does a great job of darkening the bedroom. Measurements are key, because you can’t make it smaller than your ordered size. And if you’re too small, it’ll have gaps on the sides which hurts the blackout, plus it doesn’t look as good with light filtering in. So measure twice, then order. But you’ll love it.
